The software and associated documentation files (the "Software") are proprietary and confidential property of Mister Farhan Aziz. This Software is provided under the following license terms:

1. Grant of License:
   Mister Farhan Aziz grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software solely for your personal and non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions:
   a. You shall not, nor permit anyone else to, directly or indirectly:
      - modify, translate, adapt, or otherwise create derivative works or improvements of the Software.
      - reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to the source code of the Software.
      - rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, transfer, or otherwise make available the Software.
      - remove any proprietary notices from the Software.
   b. You must comply with applicable laws and regulations in using the Software.

3. Intellectual Property:
   You acknowledge that the Software is provided under license, and not sold, to you. You do not acquire any ownership interest in the Software under this Agreement, or any other rights thereto other than to use the Software in accordance with the license granted, and subject to all terms, conditions, and restrictions.

4. Consent to Use Data:
   You agree that Mister Farhan Aziz may collect and use technical data and related information—including but not limited to technical information about your device, system and application software, and peripherals—that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and other services to you related to the Software.

5. Termination:
   This Agreement is effective until terminated. This Agreement will terminate immediately without notice from Mister Farhan Aziz if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies of the Software.

The above copyright notice and this permission notice shall be included in all copies or substantial portions of the Software.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
